E-Auction of Residential/Non-Residential Properties under UPAVP Schemes (E-Auction Proposed on dt. 18.10.2025)

UPAVP Online E-Auction Registration - U.P Awas Vikas Parishad

Step 1: Visit Website Go to upavp.in → Click Online Services → Select E-Auction → Open link to eproc247.com.

Step 2: New Bidder Registration Click Register → Select Bidder Registration → Enter Email, Password, and Bank Details → Upload required documents.

Step 3: Login Use your registered email ID and password to log in → Go to Live Auctions → Choose your desired auction.

Step 4: Pay EMD Amount Go to Payment Dashboard → Enter EMD amount → Click Pay. Choose payment option:

  • Challan (RTGS/NEFT) → Download receipt → Pay at bank.

  • Online (Credit Card/Net Banking) → Enter details → Complete payment.

Step 5: Accept Terms Click "I Agree" to confirm acceptance of terms and conditions.

Step 6: Participate in Auction After payment and confirmation, start bidding online in the live e-auction
