Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad (UPAVP) has announced a major push to sell its vacant housing units across several cities under the "First Come, First Serve" (FCFS) policy, offering special limited-period discounts to homebuyers.
According to officials, a large number of flats in UPAVP's various schemes across Lucknow, Kanpur, Meerut, Agra, Ghaziabad, Saharanpur and other cities are currently vacant. To accelerate allotments, the authority has begun registrations in all these cities.
UPAVP is offering a special rebate to buyers who make timely full payment:
15% discount on the flat cost if full payment is made within 60 days of the allotment date
10% discount if payment is completed within 90 days
Officials said this initiative aims to make housing more affordable, especially in high-demand areas.
In Lucknow, registrations are open in multiple enclaves where 2BHK and 3BHK flats are available at competitive rates compared to market prices.
The flats range from 1BHK to 4BHK, all available under the FCFS model. Since the scheme is not lottery-based, buyers can directly select and book their desired flat.
UPAVP's most sought-after schemes in Lucknow currently include:
Vrindavan Yojana Sector-3 - Arali Enclave
Vrindavan Yojana Sector-4 - Everest Enclave
Kailash Enclave
Due to proximity to Lucknow Airport and Lulu Mall, Kailash Enclave is witnessing particularly high demand.
