The Uttar Pradesh Housing Development Council (UPHDC) has extended the registration and discount deadline for its “First Come, First Serve” (FCFS) apartment scheme after receiving an overwhelming public response.
According to official data, more than 2,070 flats have already been booked, generating revenue of approximately ₹973 crore. Considering the strong demand, the Council has now extended the last date for registration and availing discounts to March 31, 2026.
Under this scheme, ready-to-move 1 BHK to 4 BHK flats are available in multiple cities across Uttar Pradesh, including:
Lucknow: Awadh Vihar Yojana, Vrindavan Yojana, Rajajipuram
Saharanpur: Shakumbhari Vihar Yojana
Agra: Sikandra Yojana
Moradabad: Majhola Housing Scheme (Part-2)
Kanpur: Ambedkarpuram Yojana No.-3, Kalyanpur
Ghaziabad: Siddharth Vihar, Mandola Vihar
Meerut: Jagriti Vihar Yojana No.-11

All flats are being sold without any lottery system, strictly on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Buyers can avail discounts based on the time of full payment after allotment:
Full payment within 60 days:
👉 Up to 15% discount
Full payment within 61–90 days:
👉 Up to 10% discount
After 90 days:
👉 No discount on lump-sum payment
Special concessions are being offered to serving and retired personnel of the Armed Forces and Paramilitary Forces:
Payment within 60 days: Up to 20% discount
Payment within 61–90 days: Up to 15% discount
Payment within 91–120 days: Up to 10% discount
General applicants: Possession after 50% payment
Serving/retired government, semi-government employees, security personnel and soldiers: Possession after 25% payment
Installment purchase option available at MCLR + 1.6% interest rate
Repayment period of up to 10 years
Applicants can opt for a site visit before applying.
