UPAVP Opens PMAY-Urban G+3 Flat Registrations in Multiple Districts

The Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Council (UPAVP) has opened registrations for G+3 residential flats under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Urban (PMAY-U) in several districts of the state, including Lucknow, Moradabad, Etawah, and Bahraich.

Total Buildings: 370

Break-up:

  • Lucknow:

    • Kanakaha: 12

    • Anora: 68

    • Zahirpur: 82
      Subtotal: 162

  • Etawah (Sut Mill Scheme): 28

  • Moradabad (Sector 15 & 16): 127

  • Bahraich (Bhinga Road Scheme): 53

  Total: 162 + 28 + 127 + 53 = 370 buildings

The Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Council (UPAVP) has announced the commencement of online registration for G+3 residential flats/buildings under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban). The projects are located in Lucknow, Etawah, Moradabad, and Bahraich districts and are registered with UP RERA.

 Online Registration Period

December 12, 2025 – December 30, 2025

Applicants can register through the official website www.upavp.in or via the HDFC Bank application link upavp.co.in.
