Meerut Development Authority (MDA) is preparing a major land sale that could be the perfect opportunity. Under its Land Monetization Scheme, MDA is gearing up to auction nearly 974 plots, and the groundwork for the process has already started.
MDA has earmarked around 22 hectares of land in prominent localities such as Vedvyas Puri, Lohia Nagar, Ganganagar, Shatabdi Nagar, Major Dhyan Chand Nagar, Pallavpuram, Shraddhapuri, and Sainik Vihar.
