The Madhya Pradesh Housing and Infrastructure Development Board (MPHIDB) has invited online registrations for affordable homes under the Atal Ashray Yojana at Shri Parisar Padarwara Colony in Katni city . The scheme is aimed at applicants belonging to the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Low Income Group (LIG) .
The housing project is located on the Shri Parisar Padarwara Colony, Katni , and is registered under RERA No. P-KTN-17-1490 . Eligible applicants can complete their online e-registration until October 31, 2026 .
A total of 70 residential units are listed under the scheme, comprising 37 LIG 2 BHK homes and 33 EWS 1 BHK homes . The estimated prices start from ₹4.25 lakh for an EWS ground-floor home and go up to ₹9.75 lakh for an LIG ground-floor home.

The notice states that a self-certified income certificate is acceptable for the application.
According to the scheme conditions, homes will be allotted after the registration process. Where more registrations are received than the number of vacant homes, the specific house number will be determined through a lottery .
Applicants who are selected through the lottery will proceed with the allotment, while the registration amount of unsuccessful applicants will be returned to their bank accounts within 15 days of the lottery date , without interest.
However, if an applicant withdraws after registration has been approved or after being selected through the lottery due to reasons attributable to the applicant, the entire registration amount may be forfeited .
The notice states that various government and local-body charges will have to be paid separately. These may include GST, local body charges, sale deed fees, stamp duty, electricity connection charges and water tax , among other applicable charges.
After registration, the remaining amount is required to be deposited in two instalments within three months at the Atal Ashray Yojana, Shri Parisar Padarwara, Katni.
The Board has also stated that bank and financial institution loan facilities are available for purchasing the property.
Applicants are required to deposit the entire cost of the house , execute the sale deed and take possession of the house in its existing condition.
An important condition of the scheme is that after taking possession, the allotted house cannot be sold to another person for 15 years .
If the Madhya Pradesh Housing and Infrastructure Development Board cancels or modifies the scheme because of unavoidable circumstances, the notice states that the registration and initial deposit amounts will be refunded with simple interest at 6% per annum .
In case of delay in depositing outstanding dues to the Board, the allottee will be required to pay interest at 6% for the delayed period .
Eligible applicants can apply online through the MP Housing Board website or MP Online portal .

The Board has also stated that registered allottees can pay their outstanding dues through the MPHIDB GEO mobile application , available on the Google Play Store.
