The Uttar Pradesh Awas Evam Vikas Parishad (UPAVP) has announced an opportunity for homebuyers to acquire residential plots under its Civil Lines Scheme No.-2 (Part-2) in Badaun. The project is registered with the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA), ensuring transparency and regulatory compliance.
According to the official notification, online registration will remain open from December 15, 2025, to January 15, 2026. The scheme includes reserved leftover plots across multiple categories, catering to varied residential needs.

A total of plots of different sizes are available, ranging from 40 square metres to 300 square metres. The current land rates, inclusive of freehold charges, corner plot charges and park-facing charges, vary from ₹20,608 to ₹34,003.20 per square metre. Based on plot size and location, the total plot cost ranges approximately from ₹8.24 lakh to over ₹1.02 crore. The registration amount has been fixed between ₹41,216 and ₹5.10 lakh, depending on the plot category.
UPAVP clarified that in the first phase, allotment will be conducted through a public lottery draw among applicants opting for lump-sum payment. If any plots remain unallotted, a second lottery draw will be held for applicants choosing the installment payment option. Additionally, buyers who complete the full payment of the plot cost within 60 days from the issuance of the allotment letter will be eligible for a 5 per cent rebate.
The authority also stated that no fire-line restriction is applicable on the offered plots. Details related to reservation categories are available in the official registration booklet.
