The Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad (UPAVP) has introduced a limited-period discount scheme of up to 15% on select housing projects across Lucknow, aimed at promoting affordable home ownership and expediting sales of ready flats. The registration window for this offer opened on October 30, 2025, and will remain active until January 31, 2026.
According to UPAVP officials, the discount applies to buyers who make prompt payments after allotment. Those completing full payment within 60 days of allotment will receive a 15% discount on the total flat cost, while those completing it between 61 and 90 days will be eligible for a 10% discount. All units are being sold under the First Come, First Served policy.
Located approximately 14 km from Charbagh Railway Station and 12–13 km from Lucknow Airport, the Gokul Gram project offers 1BHK flats priced between ₹11.69 lakh and ₹12.74 lakh.
Each unit covers 30.57 sq. m of area, and the project comprises 84 total flats.
The site is equipped with lifts, RCC framed earthquake-resistant structures, 24-hour power backup, clean water supply, CCTV security, and a gated campus with green parks and parking facilities for both residents and visitors.
The Vrindavan Yojana cluster includes multiple sub-projects offering 1BHK to 4BHK units ranging from 29.50 sq. m to 253.63 sq. m. These include:

Comprising 2BHK units in G+3 structures, each flat measures 85.66 sq. m. Prices range from ₹53.98 lakh to ₹54.51 lakh.
