UP Housing Board(UPAVP) Mandola Vihar Scheme

The Uttar Pradesh Awas Evam Vikas Parishad (UPAVP) has launched a major industrial plot scheme under the MSME category in Mandola Vihar Yojana, Sector-21, Ghaziabad. For the first time, non-polluting industries are being offered developed industrial plots in this prime location near Delhi.

The online registration process begins on February 13, 2026 and will remain open until March 13, 2026. Interested applicants can apply through the official website www.upavp.in.

122 Industrial Plots Available in Mandola Vihar, Ghaziabad

Under this MSME scheme, a total of 122 industrial plots are being offered:

• 68 plots of 300 sq. meters

• 54 plots of 450 sq. meters

The scheme is located in Mandola Vihar, Sector-21, Ghaziabad, strategically positioned close to Delhi and major infrastructure corridors.

• Base price: ₹138.60 lakh

• Park/Green belt facing: ₹145.53 lakh

• Corner plot price: ₹152.46 lakh

  • Reserved category: ₹6.93 lakh

 450 Sq. Meter Plots

• Base price: ₹207.90 lakh

• Registration amount:

  • General category: ₹20.79 lakh

  • Reserved category: ₹10.40 lakh

Applicants must pay ₹1,000 + 18% GST (Total ₹1,180) as the online registration fee.

Payment Terms for MSME Industrial Plots

• 50% of the total plot cost (after adjusting registration amount) to be paid within one year in quarterly installments.

• Remaining 50% payable over five years in 10 half-yearly installments.

• Interest and additional charges applicable as per UPAVP rules.

• Payments must be made online through authorized banking channels.

The designated bank for online applications is HDFC Bank.
