Moradabad: The Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Board has announced an opportunity for homebuyers to purchase self-financed semi-finished residential houses under the Majhola Scheme No. 4, Part-2 (Extension) in Moradabad.
According to officials, a total of 196 residential units are being offered across Sector-12 and Sector-14, with a mix of housing categories to suit different budget segments. The online registration process began on March 2 and will continue till March 31, 2026.
In Sector-12, a total of 59 units are available, with prices ranging from approximately ₹47.43 lakhs to ₹97.45 lakhs. Meanwhile, Sector-14 has 137 units, with prices starting from ₹25.47 lakhs and going up to ₹97.45 lakhs.
Officials noted that while most houses are semi-finished, certain units in Sector-12—specifically the 62/128 and 45/75 categories—are fully finished, offering ready-to-move-in convenience for buyers.
Interested applicants can apply online by paying the prescribed registration amount, which varies depending on the category of the applicant. The allotment of houses will be conducted through a transparent lottery system, the board said.
To facilitate payments and applications, the board has designated banks including Axis Bank and ICICI Bank in Moradabad.
