Moradabad: The Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Board has announced an opportunity for homebuyers to purchase self-financed semi-finished residential houses under the Majhola Scheme No. 4, Part-2 (Extension) in Moradabad.
According to officials, a total of 196 residential units are being offered across Sector-12 and Sector-14 , with a mix of housing categories to suit different budget segments. The online registration process began on March 2 and will continue till March 31, 2026 .
