The Moradabad Development Authority (MDA) has announced an online e-auction of 69 commercial plots located in Udyam Vihar, Sector-02, New Moradabad. Phase 1: Registration and Auction Schedule

The first phase includes 14 premium commercial plots.

The plots in this phase range from 1,071.25 sq. m. to 1,598 sq. m., with reserve rates of ₹66,000 to ₹72,600 per sq. metre.

The highest-value plots carry reserve prices of approximately ₹11.60 crore each.

Phase 2: Registration and Auction Schedule

The second phase covers 55 commercial plots.

Plots in this phase vary from 400 sq. m. to 1,056.72 sq. m., with reserve prices starting from approximately ₹2.64 crore and going up to nearly ₹7.67 crore, depending on plot size and location.

Reserve Rates

The authority has fixed two reserve rates depending on the location of the commercial plot.

• ₹72,600 per sq. metre
• ₹66,000 per sq. metre

Corner plots already include the applicable corner charges within the reserve price.

Registration Money

Applicants must deposit registration money online before participating in the auction.

Payment Schedule for Successful Bidders

According to the brochure, successful bidders must follow the prescribed payment timeline.

• 10% of the total premium (after adjusting registration amount) must be deposited within 15 days of receiving the acceptance letter.
• 25% of the total plot cost must be paid within one month from allotment.
• The remaining 65% can be paid either:
  • in three interest-free monthly instalments, or
  • in eight quarterly instalments with applicable interest.

Buyers opting for full payment of the remaining amount within one month of allotment are eligible for a 3% rebate on the outstanding 65%.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

• Be 18 years or older.
• Be an Indian citizen.
• Complete online registration through the official MDA e-auction portal.
• Upload Aadhaar, PAN card, photograph, and other required documents during registration.

Interested bidders can participate by:

2. Registering on the official MDA e-auction portal.
3. Uploading required documents.
4. Depositing the registration amount online.
5. Participating in live online bidding on the scheduled auction date.

Important Conditions

• Properties will be auctioned on an "As Is Where Is" basis.
• A minimum of three registered bidders is required for an auction to proceed.
• If a bid is received during the final five minutes, the bidding period will automatically extend by another five minutes.
• Registration money of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded without interest within the prescribed period.
