Moradabad: The Moradabad Development Authority (MDA) has announced an e-auction of 53 properties under the Govindpuram Residential Scheme , offering commercial plots, mixed land-use plots, nursery school sites, a junior high school, an inter college and a community centre.
The properties are being offered through online e-auction, with registration opening in three phases. The auctions will be conducted on August 20, August 21 and August 22, 2026 , depending on the property category and auction batch.
The total indicative value of the 53 properties listed in the notice is around Rs 241.13 crore.

The first auction batch includes 33 properties . Online registration started on August 3, 2026, at 10am and will close on August 17 at 11.59pm . The e-auction will be conducted on August 20 from 11am to 1pm.
The second batch consists of 16 properties . Registration will remain open from August 4 at 10am to August 18 at 11.59pm , followed by the e-auction on August 21 from 11am to 1pm.
The third batch comprises four high-value properties . Registration will start on August 5 at 10am and close on August 19 at 11.59pm . The e-auction for these properties will be held on August 22 from 11am to 1pm.
The first auction batch includes 11 KIOSKS , 12 mixed land-use plots and 10 commercial plots.
The K1 to K11 kiosks , each measuring 80 sq m, have a reserve rate of Rs 91,308 per sq m and an estimated property value of Rs 73.05 lakh each . The registration amount for each is Rs 7.30 lakh , equivalent to 10% of the estimated property value.
The 12 mixed land-use properties, numbered 44 to 55 under ML/C , measure 200 sq m each. Their reserve rate is Rs 79,895 per sq m , with an estimated value of Rs 1.60 crore per plot . The registration amount is Rs 15.98 lakh per property.
The CP/B-1 to CP/B-8 commercial plots each measure 200 sq m. At a reserve rate of Rs 91,308 per sq m , each has an estimated value of Rs 1.83 crore , with a registration amount of Rs 18.26 lakh .
Two larger commercial plots, CP/C-1 and CP/C-2 , measure 324 sq m each. Their estimated value is Rs 2.96 crore per plot , while the registration amount is approximately Rs 29.58 lakh.
The second auction features 10 commercial plots, three institutional nursery school plots and three mixed land-use plots.
The CP/A-1 to CP/A-10 commercial plots each measure 432 sq m and have a reserve rate of Rs 91,308 per sq m . Each property has an estimated value of Rs 3.94 crore , while the registration amount has been fixed at Rs 25 lakh.

The third auction batch features four major properties, including a commercial block, two educational sites and a community centre.
The CB-A Commercial Block measures 1,916.47 sq m and has a reserve rate of Rs 91,308 per sq m . Its estimated property value is Rs 17.50 crore , with a registration amount of Rs 1 crore.
The ED-2 Junior High School site measures 2,042 sq m . It carries a reserve rate of Rs 45,654 per sq m , an estimated value of Rs 9.32 crore and a registration amount of Rs 1 crore.

The largest and highest-value property in this batch is the CC Community Centre , spread over 9,090 sq m . With a reserve rate of Rs 91,308 per sq m , its estimated property value is approximately Rs 83 crore. The registration amount is Rs 1 crore.
