Introduction:
To make housing affordable for different income groups in the capital and NCR, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched the DDA Housing Scheme 2024. It contains almost 40000 units divided into three schemes i.e The Great Housing Scheme, Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme and Dwarka Housing Scheme. It includes from affordable to higher end housing through targeted EWS and LIG housing.

Eligibility to Apply for Delhi Development Authority Housing Scheme 2024
Eligibility Criteria for DDA Housing Scheme 2024 Applicants must be eligible for the scheme based on the following:
- Have to be an Indian citizen and should be minimum 18 years of date
- EWS Income Criteria: The annual income of EWS applicant should be less than ₹10 lakhs. A maximum income cap is not specified for other categories (MIG, HIG).
