The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced the launch of its new housing scheme – “DDA Jan Sadharan Awaas Yojana 2025 (FCFS)”. Under this initiative, a total of 1172 flats in the EWS (Economically Weaker Section) and Janta categories will be offered on a first-come-first-serve (FCFS) basis across different localities of Delhi.
This scheme is part of DDA’s ongoing efforts to ensure affordable housing for all sections of society.
The scheme covers flats in Narela, Rohini, Dwarka, Loknayakpuram, Todapur, and Manglapuri. The details are as follows:

Nationality & Age
Applicant must be an Indian citizen.
Must be 18 years or above as on the last date of application.
Property Ownership
There is no restriction on owning property in Delhi.
Income Limit (For EWS Category)
Family income (applicant + spouse, separately considered if both apply) should not exceed ₹10 lakh per annum.
Bank Account
Applicant must provide details of a savings account in his/her own name.
PAN Requirement
Applicant must possess a valid Permanent Account Number (PAN).
Joint Applications (Divyangjan)
For PwD applicants, the main applicant must belong to the reserved category, while the co-applicant should be a family member.
Co-Allottee Advice
Co-allottee should preferably be added at the time of application for smooth processing.
Registration Opens: 11th September 2025
Booking Starts: 22nd September 2025
Scheme Closes: 21st December 2025
Allotment will be on a First-Come-First-Serve (FCFS) basis (पहले आओ, पहले पाओ).
Registration Fee (one-time): ₹2,500 (via DDA Aawas Portal).
Already registered applicants need not pay again.
Booking Amount (per flat): ₹50,000.
No limit on the number of flats an applicant can book.
