Any changes to the schedule will be notified only on the official DDA websites.

Registration fee and EMD

Prospective bidders must register on the DDA e-auction portal hosted by SBI and pay a non-refundable processing fee of ₹2,500 (including GST) for each flat or garage they wish to bid for.

The EMD requirements are:

  • ₹4 lakh for LIG, EHS and JANTA flats

  • ₹10 lakh for MIG and SFS Category-II flats

  • ₹15 lakh for HIG flats

  • ₹4 lakh for car garages

  • ₹1 lakh for scooter garages

The DDA has clarified that in case a successful bidder surrenders the flat or garage after being declared the highest bidder (H1), the entire EMD will be forfeited.

Final price through bidding

Officials said the final demand letter will be issued based on the highest bid (H1) received for each individual property. As a result, the final payable amount may vary from flat to flat, even within the same locality.

The remaining terms and conditions will be governed by the DDA Premium Housing Scheme 2025 (e-Auction) brochure, along with any corrigenda or clarification circulars issued from time to time.

The move is expected to attract strong interest from homebuyers looking for ready-to-move-in DDA flats in established Delhi neighbourhoods through a transparent online auction process.
