Extension of Interest-Free Period for Payment
The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has extended the last date for registration under the DDA Premium Housing Scheme 2026. The scheme offers 582 residential flats and standalone car and scooter garages through an online e-auction process.
The revised deadline gives applicants additional time to complete registration, submit Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), and participate in the bidding process.
Here are the updated timelines:
Last date for online registration & EMD payment: February 20, 2026 (6 PM)
Final submission of applications: February 23, 2026
E-auction schedule announcement: February 26, 2026
Demo auction sessions: February 27–March 1, 2026
Tentative live e-auction dates: March 2–March 5, 2026

The scheme includes 582 flats across multiple income categories:
Locations: Jasola, Rohini, Vasant Kunj, Ghazipur, Dwarka
Plinth area: Up to 162.41 sq m
Reserve price: ₹99 lakh to ₹2.14 crore
Locations: Dwarka, Dilshad Garden, Jahangirpuri, Loknayakpuram, Rohini
Reserve price: Starting from ₹53 lakh
Locations: Karol Bagh, Dev Nagar, Mansarovar Park, Paschim Vihar, Rohini, Shalimar Bagh, Vikaspuri
Reserve price: Starting from ₹19 lakh
Janta: Shahpur Jat
EHS: Ashok Nagar (Faiz Road), Dwarka, Kondli-Gharoli, Nasirpur
Car and scooter garages are being auctioned in:

Ashok Vihar
Reserve prices start from ₹3.16 lakh onwards.
Processing fee: ₹2,500 (non-refundable, including GST)
₹4 lakh – LIG, EHS & Janta flats
₹10 lakh – MIG flats
₹15 lakh – HIG flats
₹4 lakh – Car garages
₹1 lakh – Scooter garages
DDA has clarified that the entire EMD will be forfeited if the highest bidder withdraws after winning the auction.

Be an Indian citizen
Be 18 years or above
Apply as an individual (companies and trusts not eligible)
Garage allotment is restricted to existing DDA flat owners or legal heirs with freehold or converted freehold properties.

The final price will be based on the highest bid (H1) received during the e-auction. Prices may vary for similar flats in the same locality depending on bidding competition.
