The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) on Tuesday announced the launch of the DDA Premium Housing Scheme 2026, offering 582 residential flats and car/scooter garages across prime locations in Delhi. The scheme will be implemented entirely through an online e-auction process, with properties being sold on an “as is where is” basis, as per the official notification.
The scheme includes HIG, MIG, LIG, JANTA and EHS category flats, along with car and scooter garages, located in areas such as Jasola, Rohini, Vasant Kunj, Dwarka, Loknayakpuram, Karol Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, Paschim Vihar, Pitampura and Ashok Vihar, among others.
According to the notification issued by the DDA Housing (Coordination) Branch, the premium housing scheme spans a broad price range, catering to different income groups.
HIG flats are available in Jasola, Rohini, Vasant Kunj, Ghazipur and Dwarka, with plinth areas going up to 162.41 sq m and reserve prices ranging from around ₹99 lakh to ₹2.14 crore.
MIG flats are located in Dilshad Garden, Dwarka, Jahangirpuri, Loknayakpuram, Madhipur, Nand Nagri and Rohini, with reserve prices starting from approximately ₹53 lakh.
LIG flats, which form a large part of the inventory, are offered in Karol Bagh, Dev Nagar, Dwarka, Mansarovar Park, Nand Nagri, Nasirpur, Paschim Vihar, Rampura, Rohini, Shalimar Bagh and Vikaspuri, with prices beginning from about ₹19 lakh.
JANTA category includes one flat in Shahpur Jat.
EHS flats are available in Ashok Nagar (Faiz Road), Dwarka, Kondli–Gharoli and Nasirpur.

Any changes to the schedule will be announced only on the official DDA websites.
Applicants must register on the DDA e-auction portal hosted by SBI and pay a non-refundable processing fee of ₹2,500 (including GST) for each flat or garage.
EMD amounts:
₹4 lakh – LIG, EHS and JANTA flats
₹10 lakh – MIG and SFS Category-II flats
₹15 lakh – HIG flats
₹4 lakh – Car garages
₹1 lakh – Scooter garages
The DDA has clarified that if a successful bidder surrenders the property after being declared the highest bidder (H1), the entire EMD will be forfeited.
Applicant must be an Indian citizen and 18 years or above by the last date of application.
Only individual applicants (natural persons) are eligible to participate.
Companies, societies, trusts or other legal entities are not permitted.
Applicants may apply for this scheme even if they are participating in other DDA housing schemes.
Garage allotment is restricted to existing flat owners or their legal heirs, and the flat must be freehold or converted to freehold before possession.

The final demand letter will be issued based on the highest bid (H1) received for each individual flat or garage. As a result, the final payable amount may vary even for similar units in the same locality.
All remaining terms and conditions will be governed by the DDA Premium Housing Scheme 2025 (e-Auction) brochure, along with corrigenda or clarification circulars issued from time to time.
