New Delhi:
The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced a mega e-auction of properties as part of its 21st phase of e-auction, coinciding with its Foundation Day celebrations. The auction will include a wide range of residential, commercial, industrial and institutional plots, along with shops and licensed properties across the national capital.
According to the DDA notification, the auction will offer more than 150 properties, including 30 residential plots, 41 commercial plots, 14 industrial plots, 20 institutional plots (including religious plots), and two group housing plots. In addition, 36 commercial estate units (built-up shops) will also be auctioned.
The authority will also auction several properties on a licence fee basis, such as one CNG site, a café at Bamboo Oasis in Banseras, three food court units at Dwarka, shops at Janak Place, and five kiosks.
Online registration for the e-auction will begin on December 30, 2025, from 11 am, while the last date for registration and submission of earnest money deposit (EMD) is January 27, 2026, up to 6 pm. The detailed auction schedule will be released after the completion of the registration process.
Interested bidders can participate through the DDA’s official e-auction portal, and possession of a valid digital signature certificate (DSC) is mandatory. The authority has advised applicants to carefully review the auction terms and property details available on its website.
DDA officials said the initiative aims to provide transparent opportunities for investors, businesses and individuals looking to acquire prime properties in Delhi. The auction is expected to attract strong interest due to the variety of plots and strategic locations on offer.
For assistance, DDA has set up a dedicated helpdesk and helpline numbers for prospective bidders during working hours.
