DDA Launches JANTA AWAAS YOJANA 2025 for 144 EWS Flats

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has officially announced the launch of “DDA Janta Awaas Yojana 2025”, an online housing scheme aimed at providing 144 EWS (Economically Weaker Section) flats through a computerized draw system.

The scheme will be implemented through an end-to-end online process, ensuring transparency and fairness, as per DDA guidelines.

Total Flats & Locations

Under this scheme, 144 EWS flats are being offered at two locations in Delhi:

 Dwarka Morh (Near Metro Station)

  • Developer: Umang Realtech Pvt. Ltd.

  • Number of Flats: 82

  • Plinth Area: 29.246 – 30.688 sqm

  • Tentative Price:

    • Type A: ₹12.63 lakh

    • Type B: ₹13.24 lakh

  • Parking: 2 sqm uncovered parking

 Village Chandanhaulla, SSN Marg (Chhattarpur Main Road)

  • Developer: Brilliant Etoile Pvt. Ltd. (with Uppal Housing Pvt. Ltd.)

  • Number of Flats: 62

  • Plinth Area: 45.575 – 48.249 sqm

  • Tentative Price: ₹23.05 – ₹24.37 lakh

  • Parking: 1.25 sqm covered parking

 Prices are tentative and may vary based on the actual plinth area. GST will be applicable separately.

Important Dates

  • Scheme Brochure Available: 31 December 2025

  • Registration Opens: 07 January 2026

  • Last Date to Apply: 07 February 2026

  • Draw of Flats: 13 February 2026

Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicant must be an Indian citizen

  • Minimum age 18 years

  • No restriction on owning property in Delhi

  • Annual family income must not exceed ₹10 lakh

  • Income certificate required from competent authority

  • Applicant must have:

    • PAN card

    • Savings bank account in own name

  • Joint applicants allowed only from defined family members

  • Special rules apply for SC/ST, Divyangjan, and Ex-Servicemen categories

Allotment Process

  • Flats will be allotted through a computerized random draw

  • The draw will be:

    • Conducted online

    • Web-streamed live

    • Held in the presence of independent observers

  • If flats remain unallotted, fresh applications and another draw will be conducted

How to Apply

Interested applicants must:

  1. Visit www.dda.gov.in or https://eservices.dda.org.in

  2. Create login credentials using PAN

  3. Register specifically for DDA Janta Awaas Yojana 2025

  4. Pay ₹2,500 (non-refundable) online registration fee

 Existing DDA registration is not sufficient. Fresh registration for this scheme is mandatory.
