The auction is scheduled to be conducted on June 6, 2026, from 11:30 AM at the project site in Pargi. The sale will be conducted on an "as is where is" basis , giving prospective buyers and investors an opportunity to acquire residential land in a developing area of Telangana.
According to the auction notification issued by the Telangana Housing Board, the plots include 7 MIG-II category plots and six MIG-I category plots . Document Notice

The auction will proceed only if a minimum of three valid bidders participate. The minimum bidding increment, or strike rate, has been fixed at ₹500 per square yard , and single bids will not be entertained.
Successful bidders will be required to pay 25% of the bid amount along with 1% auction expenses within five working days of the auction date. Failure to make the payment within the prescribed period will result in cancellation of the allotment and forfeiture of the EMD.
After confirmation of the auction by the competent authority, the remaining 75% balance amount must be paid within 30 days without interest . Buyers opting for an extended payment window can pay within the next 60 days with 12% annual interest . A further extension of 60 days may be granted under specific conditions with 18% annual interest , subject to approval by the Housing Board.
Notably, bidders who pay the entire sale consideration within 30 days of the auction will be eligible for a 2% rebate on the total bid amount .
The Housing Board has invoked the "Caveat Emptor" (Buyer Beware) principle, advising bidders to independently verify all details related to the plots, including boundaries, title, land use, physical condition, legal status, and suitability before participating in the auction. Site plans and related documents are available for inspection at the office of the Executive Engineer, Mahabubnagar Division, as well as at the auction venue.
The authority has also stated that the highest bid will remain subject to confirmation by the Vice Chairman and Housing Commissioner, Telangana Housing Board , who reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning reasons.
The successful purchaser will bear all expenses related to stamp duty, registration charges, document preparation costs, and other statutory fees applicable at the time of registration.
