Homebuyers looking for premium residential plots near Hyderabad have a fresh opportunity. The Telangana Housing Board (TGHB) has announced an open public auction for the sale of vacant residential plots at Raviryal Village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.
The auction will be conducted on February 25, 2026 at 11:45 AM at the Housing Board Colony, Raviryal. If the scheduled date falls on a holiday, the auction will take place on the next working day.

Hyderabad: The Telangana Housing Board (TGH B) has issued an official notification (No.13/CE/TGHB/e-Auction/Land Parcel/Plots/2026, dated February 19, 2026) inviting online bids for a prime land parcel located at Survey No. 66/1, Rajiv Swagruha Colony, Serilingampally Mandal, Rangareddy district. The vacant land parcel measures 1,582.37 square yards and will be auctioned through the MSTC e-commerce platform. The board has fixed the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) at ₹1,50,000, along with an application fee of ₹5,000, while the minimum bid increment has been set at 0.50%. Interested bidders can inspect the property until February 27, 2026, up to 3:00 PM, as per the notified schedule.
The e-auction will be conducted online on March 5, 2026, up to 5:00 PM, with the closing window scheduled on March 6, 2026, between 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM. LIG (Low Income Group) – 2 plots in Phase I at Dharmareddy Colony
MIG (Middle Income Group) – 2 plots in Phase II at Dharmareddy Colony

Additionally, the Board will auction:
8 completed HIG (High Income Group) plots in Phase XV, KPHB Colony
Each HIG plot measures 1,400 sq. ft.

Hyderabad February 9, 2026: In a significant move, the Telangana Housing Board (TSHB) is set to conduct a public auction for various land parcels and plots across key locations in and around Hyderabad. The auction, organized under the jurisdiction of the Executive Engineer (Housing), North Division, TGHB, S.R. Nagar, Hyderabad-38, will offer properties on an "as is where is" basis.

Warangal: In a major boost to affordable housing, the Telangana government is set to launch a new apartment project through the Telangana Housing Board, targeting low-, middle-, and high-income groups. The project will be developed within the Kakatiya Urban Development Authority (KUDA) limits of Warangal district.
Under the leadership of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, the state government aims to provide quality apartments at affordable prices, complementing the existing Indiramma Housing Scheme for economically weaker sections.
The Housing Board owns around 25 acres of land in Warangal, of which 10 acres will be developed in the first phase. Officials have proposed the construction of 700 apartments in G+5 or G+6 floor structures, covering a total built-up area of approximately 7.15 lakh square feet.
The apartments will be offered in three income categories:
LIG (Low Income Group):

Units: 300 flats
Price: ₹19.20 lakh (approx.)
MIG (Middle Income Group):
Area: 1,000 sq ft
Units: 200 flats

Price: ₹57.45 lakh (approx.)
Earlier Housing Board projects developed under joint venture models in areas like Gachibowli, Kukatpally, and Khammam received overwhelming responses, with thousands of applications for limited flats. Encouraged by this demand, the Housing Board is now planning self-developed housing projects, ensuring both revenue for the government and quality homes for buyers.
The Telangana government is also working on a new Affordable Housing Policy. Once implemented, the Housing Board will construct residential complexes across the state wherever government land is available.
