HMDA E-Auction 2026: 140 Land and Plot Lots Listed; Check Auction Dates, Prices and EMD Details
The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) has included Mokila Layout in its 2026 e-auction of residential plots. The auction is being conducted through the MSTC e-Commerce platform under HMDA’s Estate Management Wing.

The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) has postponed the much-awaited Hakeempet land e-auction to July 2, 2026 , citing administrative reasons. The auction involves the sale of a prime 8.24-acre land parcel located in Survey No. 102/1, T.S. Nos. 1/P and 3/P, Hakeempet Village, Shaikpet Mandal , a strategically located area near Banjara Hills in Hyderabad.
As per the revised schedule, the pre-bid meeting , which was earlier planned for June 12 , will now be held on June 19, 2026 .
