The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has provided major relief to homebuyers by extending the dates of its upcoming e-auction. Earlier scheduled for 8 August, the lottery will now take place on 20 August, with the last date for registration set as 18 August.
A key highlight of this auction is the inclusion of 50 residential plots in Sector-G of Basantkunj Yojana, located next to the newly developed green corridor near Gau Ghat. Each plot measures 252 sqm and is priced at ₹32,955 per sqm, bringing the total estimated value to around ₹310 crore.
During a recent land audit, LDA also identified prime land in Balu Adda (4,200 sqm) and Aishbagh near Bhadevan (5,000 sqm), where multi-storey residential buildings are planned. These properties, along with other valuable vacant lands, have been added to the auction list.
Additionally, 2.5 hectares of land near SSB in Gomti Nagar Extension (valued at ₹100 crore) and 1,800 sqm of plots in Vishal Khand, Gomti Nagar (earmarked for commercial and nursing home use) will also be auctioned.
