LDA Opens Registration for Smriti Apartment in Jankipuram; Ready-to-Move 1, 2 & 3 BHK Flats Available

The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has launched registrations for its Smriti Apartment housing project located in Sector J, Kursi Road, Jankipuram Yojna, Lucknow . The project is being offered under the First Come First Serve (FCFS) scheme, allowing eligible buyers to purchase ready-to-move 1 BHK, 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments without participating in a lottery.

The online registration window opened on August 1, 2026 , and will remain open until August 31, 2026 , or until all available units are sold.
