Lucknow: Homebuyers in Lucknow have a festive reason to consider buying an apartment as the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has announced a special discount offer on selected flats during Janmashtami and Ganesh Chaturthi 2026 .
Under the limited-period offer, eligible homebuyers can get a discount of up to ₹2 lakh on flats available under LDA's First-Come, First-Served (FCFS) housing scheme . The festive discount will remain valid for 11 days, from September 4 to September 14, 2026 .
The order was issued by LDA Vice President Prathamesh Kumar on Thursday.
The LDA has introduced the special discount to attract homebuyers during the festive season and make its available residential properties more affordable.
The offer applies to selected one-BHK, two-BHK and three-BHK flats being sold under the authority's FCFS scheme.
Homebuyers who book eligible flats through the LDA website during the offer period will be able to avail themselves of the applicable discount.
