The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has released two important updates for property allottees and homebuyers in the city. The first update relates to the conversion of leasehold plots into freehold under the Transport Nagar Scheme, while the second concerns registrations under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban).
LDA has issued an official notice for applicants who wish to convert their leasehold plots into freehold in the Transport Nagar Scheme. To facilitate applicants, a special camp has been scheduled.

Venue: Committee Hall (Ground Floor), LDA Building, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow
Allottees who have already applied, as well as those intending to apply for lease-to-freehold conversion, are advised to attend the camp with verified and attested copies of all relevant plot documents. The notice has been issued by the Additional Secretary of LDA.

Eligible applicants can apply within the stipulated time.
LDA has reopened registration exclusively for applicants who were unsuccessful in the first phase of the lottery.

Registration Fee: ₹5,000
New applicants are not eligible for this scheme.
Applicant must be a permanent resident of Lucknow
Neither the applicant nor their spouse/parents should own a pucca house
Annual family income should not exceed ₹3 lakh
Income certificate must be issued by the Tehsil and not older than six months
Minimum age of the applicant must be 18 years
Valid reservation certificate required for reserved category applicants
