The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has announced the availability of ready-to-move flats under its First-Come, First-Served (FCFS) housing scheme. Constructed by Larsen & Toubro (L&T), these high-rise apartments are located in prime areas of the city and are now open for direct purchase without any lottery system.
The authority has extended its ₹1 lakh discount offer — previously valid till October 22 — now up to November 6, 2025. Buyers will also receive an additional 6% discount if payment is completed within 45 days of allotment.
Flats can be booked with just 5% of the total cost (around ₹1.58 lakh for a ₹31.72 lakh flat). The scheme offers full ownership within three months, making it ideal for both homebuyers and investors looking for rental returns.

Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) is offering a special festive season discount on its residential flats under the “First Come, First Serve” scheme. The offer will be valid from 22 September to 22 October 2025, providing homebuyers an opportunity to avail direct discounts of ₹1 lakh to ₹2 lakh depending on the flat’s price.
According to LDA Vice-Chairman Pratamesh Kumar, the authority is selling vacant flats across various schemes, and buyers can benefit from both the festive discount and other ongoing incentives.
The flats available under this scheme range from 500 to 1900 sq. ft, including 1BHK, 2BHK, and 3BHK units. Prices start from around ₹22 lakh and go up to ₹1.08 crore. Under the hire purchase agreement, government employees can secure flats by paying 25% upfront, while general buyers need to pay 35% upfront. Buyers can also purchase more than one flat in any multistorey housing scheme.
Additional incentives include an extra 3–6% discount for buyers who make full payment within 45–90 days.
