Bengaluru: The Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) has announced an auction of 150 residential sites across various layouts, scheduled for February 17. The sites, which include both intermediate and corner plots, will be sold on an "as-is-where-is" basis. However, in a departure from previous auctions, the BDA has not provided the exact locations of the sites on its website. The deadline to participate in the auction is February 15.

The layouts where the sites are located include:

• Further Extension of Anjanapura

• Sir M Visvesvaraya Layout

• Banashankari 6th Stage

• Kumaraswamy 1st Stage

• Anjanapura Township

• RMV 2nd Block (near Hebbal)

• Thanisandra

• Nagarabhavi

• HSR Layout

• And others

The lack of specific site details has raised concerns among potential bidders, as location is a critical factor in determining the value and suitability of a property. Interested participants are advised to seek further clarification from the BDA before the auction date.
