Bhubaneswar: The Odisha State Housing Board (OSHB) has invited applications for the allotment of 33 vacant and developed MIG residential plots under the Vasudev Vihar scheme at Jagannath Prasad, Bhubaneswar . The plots will be allotted through an e-auction purchase basis on an “as is where is and whatever there is” basis.
The housing board issued the notice, No. 7234/OSHB dated September 8, 2026, for the developed housing plots located on government leasehold land at Jagannath Prasad.
The OSHB e-auction 2026 application process will begin on September 11, 2026, at 11 AM, while the last date to submit applications is October 31, 2026, up to 5 PM. The e-auction is scheduled to be conducted on November 25, 2026, from 11 AM to 5 PM.
According to the OSHB notice, the 33 developed housing plots are part of the completed Developed Housing Plots – Vasudev Vihar scheme at Jagannath Prasad.
The location is described as approximately 10 minutes from Kalinga Studio Square , behind the proposed ESI Hospital , along the main road towards Chandaka .
All plots fall under the MIG category , with plot areas ranging from approximately 1,200 sq ft to 1,611 sq ft .
