The Odisha State Housing Board (OSHB) has invited applications for the allotment of vacant and leftover residential plots and shops in completed housing schemes across Dhenkanal, Rourkela, Balangir and Phulbani . The properties will be allotted through e-auction and outright basis under the terms specified by the Housing Board.
As per OSHB Notice No. 7235/OSHB dated September 8, 2026 , interested applicants can apply online by submitting the required documents along with the applicable processing fee and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) within the prescribed booking period.

Under the e-auction category , the Odisha State Housing Board has listed residential plots and shops at four housing schemes.

This means a total of 8 properties are available through the OSHB e-auction 2026 process.
The e-auction includes one HIG residential plot in the “Baji Rout” Housing Scheme at Mahisapat Phase-I, Dhenkanal , along with one MIG residential plot at the Basanti Colony Housing Scheme in Rourkela .
The Composite Housing Scheme at Laltikira, Balangir , has four MIG residential plots available through e-auction.
In addition, another four residential plots at the same Laltikira scheme will be offered on an outright basis .
The Composite Housing Scheme at Kendupadar, Phulbani , has two shops listed under the e-auction category.
Apart from the properties being auctioned online, OSHB has also invited applications for four residential plots at the Composite Housing Scheme, Laltikira, Balangir , under the outright basis category.
Applicants interested in these properties must follow the conditions and application procedure prescribed in the official OSHB brochure.
The OSHB property booking period will remain open for applicants for more than seven weeks.
Applicants should complete the online application and payment formalities before the deadline.
