Sebi to Sell Properties of Rose Valley Gathering on May

Markets controller Sebi on Monday said it will sell 22 properties of Rose Valley Gathering of organizations on May 20 at a holding cost totaling Rs 8.6 crore in a bid to recuperate cash raised by the firm from people in general through unlawful plans. The properties to go under the mallet incorporate pads and office spaces situated in West Bengal, the Protections and Trade Leading body of India (Sebi) said in a notification. The business sector controller said it has drawn in Quikr Realty to help it in the offer of the properties.

A board of trustees would manage the offer of the resources and the cash would be used for reimbursing the financial backers. The panel was shaped following a request passed by Calcutta High Court in May 2015. Going by the notification, the bidders ought to make their autonomous inquiries regarding the encumbrances, cases, connections, and securing of liabilities of the property put up for sale, before presenting their offers.
