The YEIDA Plot Scheme 2026–2027, launched by the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA), is a government-controlled land allotment programme offering residential, commercial, industrial and institutional plots across multiple sectors along the Yamuna Expressway region.
Designed to support planned urban growth near the upcoming Noida International Airport (Jewar), the scheme follows a transparent, draw-based allotment system with clearly defined eligibility, reservation, pricing and legal conditions.

The YEIDA Plot Scheme is a statutory land allotment initiative aimed at providing legally approved plots with defined land use and development norms. It balances residential demand with industrial and institutional requirements, while also ensuring rehabilitation benefits for farmers and priority categories.
