Update (August 6, 2025): Extended Dates for YEIDA Institutional Plots Scheme 2025–26
Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has extended the last dates for applying under its Institutional Plots Scheme 2025–26. The scheme covers plots for hospitals, educational institutions, social welfare centers, and other institutional uses.
Revised Application Deadlines:
Hospital & Child Welfare and Maternity Centre – 30 August 2025
Nursery School & Creche – 20 August 2025
Senior Secondary School – 20 August 2025
University/Medical/Technical/Management Institutes & Research Centres – 20 August 2025
Orphanage, Old Age Home, Religious and Socio-Cultural Centre – 28 August 2025

The Uttar Pradesh government has appointed IAS officer Rakesh Kumar Singh as the new CEO of YEIDA and Noida International Airport Ltd. With his experience in land administration and infrastructure development, he is expected to fast-track growth in YEIDA city.
Notably, in 2004, Mr. Singh uncovered a ₹2,500 crore land scam and conducted village-level court hearings when regular court proceedings were stalled—demonstrating strong leadership and commitment.
