The Ranga Reddy District Collector and District Magistrate (Housing) has invited bids for the auction of 123 commercial shops constructed under the Telangana 2BHK Housing Scheme . The auction will be conducted on an 'As Is Where Is' basis at various 2BHK housing colonies across the district.
According to the official notification dated June 27, 2026 , the auction will take place over three days—July 15, July 16 and July 17, 2026 . Interested bidders can participate after depositing the prescribed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) .
A total of 123 commercial shops will be auctioned in different 2BHK housing colonies managed by the respective Revenue Divisional Officers (RDOs).

The available commercial units range from approximately 60 sq. ft. to 286 sq. ft. , depending on the location.
The minimum upset price starts from ₹1,500 , while larger commercial shops have upset prices ranging between ₹2,000 , ₹2,200 , ₹2,500 , ₹3,000 , ₹4,000 , and up to ₹5,000 .
Every bidder must deposit an EMD of ₹36,000 before participating in the auction. Only eligible bidders who complete the EMD payment process will be allowed to bid.
Interested applicants should carefully verify the physical condition and dimensions of the shops before bidding. The commercial units are being sold strictly on an 'As Is Where Is' basis, and the successful bidder must comply with all applicable government rules and payment conditions.
