Urban Development Minister Jhabar Singh Kharra said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, the government is committed to providing modern housing to every section of society.
“This is not just a house, but a means of respectable life. All the schemes will be completed in a timely and transparent manner.”
Food and Civil Supplies Minister Sumit Godara, who was also present, said that the Rajasthan Housing Board is the first choice of the common man. He also demanded the launch of new housing schemes in Bikaner Shivbari, where 2,200 bighas of land have already been acquired but development is pending.
Notably, in May 2025, the Housing Board had also launched five schemes of 427 houses in Jaipur, Baran, Bundi, and Dholpur, continuing its momentum in affordable housing delivery.
The Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) has rolled out a series of housing initiatives in 2025, targeting different income groups and regions. From affordable houses starting at just ₹7.6 lakh to self-financing flats in major cities, these schemes aim to provide housing opportunities to people across Rajasthan.
Urban Development and Housing Minister Jhabar Singh Kharra inaugurated the projects at the RHB headquarters, with the presence of senior officials and ministers.
Under the SRS model, RHB launched 667 flats and houses in five urban centers: Neemrana, Alwar, Bhiwadi, Udaipur, and Jodhpur.

Urban housing demand through SRS flats,
Affordable homes for weaker and middle-income families in smaller towns, and
Ultra-low-cost houses starting at ₹7.6 lakh for first-time buyers.
Together, these projects highlight the state’s commitment to “Housing for All” with transparency and inclusivity.
