303 Residential Plots in Dausa to be Allotted Through E-lottery

Jaipur/Dausa:
The Urban Improvement Trust (UIT), Dausa–Bandikui, has invited online applications for allotment of 303 residential plots under the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Nagar Residential Scheme at Kherli in Dausa district.

The allotment will be carried out through an e-lottery system to ensure transparency and equal opportunity for all eligible applicants. The scheme is registered with RERA (Reg No: RAJ/P/2026/4645).

Note: Corner plots will attract an additional 10% premium.

 

Eligibility

  • Applicant must be a permanent resident of Rajasthan.

  • Minimum age: 18 years as on date of application.

  • Annual family income will be calculated based on FY 2024–25 income.

  • Only one application per family is allowed. Multiple applications will be rejected.

Important Conditions

  • Plots will be allotted on leasehold/freehold basis as per rules.

  • Construction must be completed within 7 years from allotment date.

  • Transfer of plot is restricted for 10 years.

  • Plots are for residential use only.

  • In case of wrong information, allotment will be cancelled and EMD forfeited.

Refund Rules

  • Unsuccessful applicants will get refund of EMD online.

  • No interest will be paid on refunds.

  • Wrong bank details may delay refund.

  • ID proof (Aadhaar/Voter ID/Passport/Driving licence)

  • Income certificate

  • Category certificate (if applicable)

  • Undertaking and affidavit as per prescribed format
