LDA to Build ‘Eshava Square’ Skyscraper Apartments

The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) will construct a 27-storey residential apartment complex on Mill Road in the Alambagh area. The project will be known as Eshava Square.

Under this project, a total of 384 luxury flats, each with an area of around 1,900 sq ft, will be developed. Registration for the flats opens from today.

Registration & Allotment

• Registration will be open from 29 January to 28 February

• Applications can be submitted only through the official website

• Applicants must deposit 5% of the estimated flat cost as registration amount

• For reserved category applicants, the registration amount is 2.5%

• Flats will be allotted through a transparent lottery system

Project Timeline

• Construction target: Completion within 3 years

• Possession: Within 5 years, along with handing over of ownership
