The Excise & Prohibition Department, Supaul (Bihar) has announced a public auction of vehicles seized under the Bihar Excise & Prohibition Act, 2016 (Section 58). The auction will take place on 20th September 2025 at 11:00 AM at the DRCC Building Auditorium, Supaul.

Eligibility: Any interested bidder can participate after submitting application and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) via Bank Draft.
Condition of Sale: Vehicles will be sold strictly on “As is, Where is” basis.
A total of 74 vehicles are listed for auction. These include:
Motorcycles & Scooters: Hero Splendor, Hero Passion Pro, Bajaj Platina, TVS Apache, Honda Activa, etc.
Four-Wheelers: Hyundai i10 and other cars/vans.
Three-Wheelers: Passenger autos and load carriers.
Bicycles & Scrap Vehicles: Old cycles and damaged two-wheelers.
Reserve prices range from ₹400 (old bicycles) to ₹1,35,000 (cars and four-wheelers). Each vehicle also carries a 10% security deposit (EMD) that must be submitted before bidding.
Submit the application form and EMD (Bank Draft) to the Excise Department, Supaul before 16th September 2025, 5:00 PM.
Attend the auction in person at the DRCC Auditorium on 20th September 2025.
Winning bidders must complete the payment and take possession of the vehicles as per official rules.
No claims will be entertained after purchase, as the sale is on “As is, Where is” basis.
