The Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation Ltd. (RIICO) has officially announced its e-Auction for industrial plots across multiple locations in Rajasthan, offering a major opportunity for entrepreneurs and investors.

More than 120+ prime industrial plots are available in key industrial areas such as Abu Road, Alwar, Bhilwara, Udaipur, Neemrana, Jodhpur, Sikar, Pali, Jalore, and more.

Key Auction Dates:

EMD Submission Window: 21st July 2025 – 4th August 2025 (till 6:00 PM)
Bidding Window: 5th August 2025 – 7th August 2025 (till 5:00 PM)

Note: Some locations may have an extended bidding window till 8th August 2025.

Plot Details:

Size Range: From 150 sqm to 38,000+ sqm
Plot Types: Industrial plots, corner plots, and warehousing plots
Bid Start Rates: ₹1,500/sqm to ₹25,000+/sqm (location-dependent)
EMD (Earnest Money Deposit): Starts at ₹25,000 depending on plot size and location

How to Participate in the RIICO e-Auction?

Register/Login via Rajasthan SSO Portal: https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in
Go to the RIICO Application and click on “RIICO Land Allotment”
Register on the RIICO e-Auction Portal by filling in your details and uploading the required KYC documents.
After registration, pay the EMD online or via challan.
On auction day, log in and click “Bid Now” to place your offer. Track your rank live during bidding.

Note: Use the same browser for all tabs if bidding on multiple plots. Do not log in from multiple devices simultaneously.
