LATEST UPDATE on Unclaimed Vehicles by Cyberabad Police
Hyderabad: Cyberabad Police have a total of 353 number of abandoned/unclaimed vehicles of all types and make at Moinabad police station premises. If any person has any objection on ownership holder or hypothecation interest on these vehicles, they shall submit an application before Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad Commissionerate and claim their vehicles within a period of six months from the date of notification, failing which, the abandoned and unclaimed vehicles will physically be disposed off in open public auction, police said.
The details of the vehicles are being maintained at Moinabad police station ground supervisory control of MTO-2, reserve inspector of police, N Veeralingam, cell no 9490617317 and uploaded on the official website of Cyberabad police - www. cyberabadpolice. gov.in.
Accordingly, it is the petitioners great interest as well to come to the end of justice as well if not done; to dispose of these vehicles by way of open public auction vested U/S 6(2), 7 of the Cyberabad (Metropolitan area) Police Act 2004 r/w Section 39, 40, 41 of the Hyderabad City Police Act.
The Cyberabad Police has gathered 544 abandoned vehicles of different types at the Moinabad PS grounds. Now, they plan to clear these vehicles through a public auction.
If you think one of these vehicles belongs to you or you have a legal interest in it, you can apply. Send your application to the Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad Commissionerate, stating your objection or claim. You have six months from the notification date to do this.
If no one comes forward to claim these vehicles within six months, the Cyberabad Police will conduct an open public auction in Hyderabad.
