Deadline Extended Till March 19, 2026The City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) has extended the deadline for selecting preferred flats under its housing scheme titled “My Preferred CIDCO Home – My First Choice in Navi Mumbai.” Applicants can now select their preferred housing option until March 19, 2026. The decision was taken in view of the overwhelming response from citizens and to give more time to eligible applicants to secure their dream home. 16,876 Flats Under PMAYA total of 16,876 residential units are being offered under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) and Low Income Group (LIG) categories.
