Interested bidders will be required to deposit an earnest money amount equivalent to 20% of the reserve price through a bank draft drawn in favour of the Excise Superintendent, Arwal. Only bidders who complete the documentation process within the stipulated deadline will be allowed to participate.

The department clarified that vehicles will be auctioned strictly on an Official Notification” basis, and successful bidders will have to bear registration charges, road taxes and other statutory dues. An additional 3% service charge payable to the Bihar State Beverages Corporation Limited (BSBCL) will also be applicable.

Officials advised prospective bidders to physically inspect the vehicles before submitting applications, as the department will not be responsible for transportation or repair costs.
