Greater Noida Industrial Plot Auction 2026: 42 Plots Up for e-Auction on April 27 to Boost Jobs
In a major push to industrial growth, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has announced the e-auction of 42 industrial plots in Greater Noida on April 27, 2026. The initiative is aimed at accelerating industrial development and generating employment across the region.

YEIDA has segmented the allotment into two major plot categories:
50 industrial plots (300 sqm to 8000 sqm) – For MSMEs, toy clusters, apparel hubs, furniture manufacturing units, ODOP (One District One Product) projects, and similar non-polluting sectors.
5 large plots (Above 8000 sqm) – Tailored for large-scale eco-industrial units. The largest plot, Plot 68A in Sector 32, spans 17,020 sqm.
This e-auction is targeted exclusively at non-polluting, environmentally sustainable industries. Eligible sectors include:
