E-auction Dates:

• Availability of documents: 21-08-2025 (10:00 AM) to 05-09-2025 (05:00 PM)
• Last date for bid submission + EMD: 05-09-2025 (05:00 PM)
• Date of e-Auction: 09-09-2025 (10:00 AM – 05:00 PM or extended)

Fees & Deposits:

• Registration Fee: ₹1,180/- (incl. GST) through APTS
• Processing Fee: ₹5,000/- (Non-refundable) to VMRDA account
• Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): As per plot size (see below)
• Auction Charges (for winner): 0.5% of H1 bid amount (max ₹1,00,000 + GST)

• Auction starts at upset price, with minimum increment of ₹100 per Sq.Yd.
• Allotment only if the bid exceeds upset price.
• Duration: 7 hours (auto-extension of 10 mins if bid placed before closing).
• Forward Auction (No ties).

Thummapala Housing Scheme layout Processing Fee:

• Within 72 hrs of intimation: 10% of highest bid (after EMD adjustment)
• Within 30 days: 30% of bid amount
• Within 60 days: 30% of bid amount
• Within 90 days: Balance 30% of bid amount

📜 Other Key Conditions

• Sale on “as is where is” basis.
• Plot inspection by bidders is advised before bidding.
• Stamp duty, registration charges, statutory levies to be borne by the bidder.
• Delay in registration beyond 30 days → Holding Charges ₹10/sq.yd/month.
• Misrepresentation or fraud → cancellation & forfeiture of EMD.
• Disputes under Visakhapatnam court jurisdiction.
