Udaipur Development Authority to Allot 1,109 Plots, Clears ₹50+ Crore Projects
The Udaipur Development Authority (UDA) has announced major urban development initiatives, including the allotment of over 1,100 residential plots through a lottery system and the approval of infrastructure projects worth several crores.
UDA will open lottery-based allotments in three prime locations—Kaladwas, South Extension Scheme, and Nohra village.
311 plots – Kaladwas residential scheme
550 plots – South Extension Sector-A
248 plots – Rajaswa Gram Nohra scheme
The allotments will be carried out under the Rajasthan Urban Land Disposal Rules, 1974. Plots left unclaimed through lottery will later be sold via e-auction.
Two community centres have been approved for operation under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model for five years:
Balicha: ₹27.24 lakh per year + GST (Total ₹32.14 lakh)
Bargaon: ₹12.60 lakh per year + GST (Total ₹14.86 lakh)
The agreement also includes a 10% annual hike in fees.
