The Tamil Nadu Housing Board (TNHB), Tirunelveli Housing Unit, has announced the sale of 17 commercial and institutional plots through the Electronic Tendering-cum-Electronic Auction (E-Tender & E-Auction) process for the year 2025–26.
These plots are located across multiple TNHB project areas including Keelathantham, Palayam Phase-V, Tenkasi, Kovilpatti, Vallankumaranvilai Phase-II, V.M. Chathiram Stage-III, Kulavanigarpuram (TNUDP), and Sankaraperi (TNUDP). Must be a native of Tamil Nadu
Minimum age: 21 years
Must not have previously purchased a plot, flat, or house from TNHB in their own name, spouse’s name, or minor children’s names
Applicants should fall within the income limits specified for each category:
EWS: Up to ₹25,000
LIG: ₹25,001 – ₹50,000
MIG: ₹50,001 – ₹70,000
HIG: Above ₹70,000
Note: Applicants from higher income groups (e.g., HIG) may apply for plots in lower categories, except EWS.
