The Tamil Nadu Housing Board (TNHB), Tirunelveli Housing Unit has invited bids for 55 vacant properties across various housing and development schemes in Tirunelveli and neighbouring areas.
The properties are being offered through an e-Tender-cum-e-Auction process and include commercial plots, school sites, community centres, office complexes, medical centre sites, industrial plots and other institutional properties .
The online bidding process will begin on August 25, 2026, at 10 am and will remain open until September 24, 2026, at 11 am .
Applicants must submit their completed online bids along with the prescribed 15% application/EMD amount through the Tamil Nadu government e-tender portal.

The Tamil Nadu Housing Board (TNHB) has announced Phase-VII of its residential plot scheme in Tirunelveli district , offering a major opportunity for homebuyers and investors. Under this scheme, 859 residential plots will be made available across multiple income categories including EWS, LIG, MIG, and HIG .
