The Vellore Housing Unit, on behalf of the Tamil Nadu Housing Board (TNHB), invites online bids for the sale of commercial and residential sites across various locations under multiple housing schemes.
Bidding is conducted via E-Tender cum E-Auction through the portal https://tntenders.gov.in from 06.10.2025 (11:00 A.M.) to 05.11.2025 (11:00 A.M.).
The TNHB tenders will be opened at 11:30 A.M. on 05.11.2025, and E-Auction will start from 2:00 P.M. onwards on the same day.
