Telangana Rajiv Swagruha Corporation Limited Announces Open Plot Auction 2025 - (TGRSCL) has announced its Open Plot Auction 2025, inviting bids for premium residential and commercial plots in Kurmalguda, Bahadurpally, and Torror.

హైదరాబాద్: మేడ్చల్–మల్కాజిగిరి జిల్లాలోని జవహర్ నగర్‌లో ఉన్న రాజీవ్ స్వగృహ టవర్లను విక్రయించాలని రాజీవ్ స్వగృహ కార్పొరేషన్ నిర్ణయించింది. మొత్తం 47 ఎకరాల విస్తీర్ణంలో 17 టవర్లలో కలిపి 2,856 ఫ్లాట్లు ఉన్నాయి. వీటిలో 840 ట్రిపుల్ బెడ్‌రూమ్ డీలక్స్, 840 ట్రిపుల్ బెడ్‌రూమ్, 336 డబుల్ బెడ్‌రూమ్, 840 సింగిల్ బెడ్‌రూమ్ ఫ్లాట్లు ఉండగా, అదనంగా 19 ఎకరాల ఖాళీ స్థలం కూడా ఉంది.
మొత్తం ప్రాజెక్ట్‌ను ఫ్లాట్లతో పాటు ఖాళీ భూమిని కలిపి సుమారు ₹550 కోట్ల విలువకు అమ్మాలని నిర్ణయించినట్లు సమాచారం. అయితే ఫ్లాట్లు, భూమిని వేర్వేరుగా విక్రయించే అంశాన్ని కూడా పరిశీలిస్తున్నారు. ఈ వారంలో నోటిఫికేషన్ వెలువడే అవకాశముందని తెలిసింది.
ఈ టౌన్‌షిప్‌కి చేరుకునేలా ఇప్పటికే 100 ఫీట్ల వెడల్పు రహదారి నిర్మించారు. కొద్ది రోజుల క్రితం ఒక సంస్థ ఈ ప్రాజెక్ట్‌ను ₹300 కోట్లకు కొనుగోలు చేయడానికి ముందుకొచ్చినప్పటికీ ప్రభుత్వం ఆ ఆఫర్‌ను తిరస్కరించినట్లు సమాచారం.
The Revanth government has taken a landmark decision. For the first time, it is set to auction 2,856 flats at once. These flats are spread across 17 towers and include Triple Bedroom Deluxe, 3BHK, 2BHK, and 1BHK units. Along with the towers, vacant land is also being offered for sale.
The entire project covers 47 acres, including 19 acres of empty land. Officials are preparing to sell the 17 towers and vacant land together for around ₹550 crores. The plan is not to sell individual flats separately but to sell the entire property as a package, allowing a single company to buy the towers and later sell individual units.

A 100-foot road has also been constructed to connect the township. A few months ago, a company had proposed buying the towers for ₹300 crores, but the government did not approve the deal.
Over the past year and a half, the government has been auctioning commercial plots, Rajiv Swagruha towers, and Housing Board vacant lands. The proceeds from these auctions are being used to implement the Indiramma Illa housing scheme.
For example, in Kukatpally, Godrej Properties purchased 7.8 acres of land for ₹547 crores. Vacant flats in Pocharm and Bandlaguda were also sold. Lottery draws are scheduled for 25th of this month for towers in Gajularamaram and Pocharm. Similarly, towers in Khammam and Hyderabad have been auctioned, with employees purchasing them for ₹87.41 crores.
Other institutions and associations have also bought towers. For instance, Gayatri Educational Society, NTPC Employees Association, and FCI Employees Association jointly purchased three towers in Pocharm for ₹70.11 crores.
Recently, the Housing Board issued notifications for commercial plot auctions in Rangareddy and Medchal districts. Interested buyers must register on the MSTC portal on October 8–9. The fee per square yard has been set at ₹2,500. Housing Board MD V.P. Gautam announced that the online auction will be held on October 9–10.
