Strong Demand for Raidurg IT and Commercial Corridor
The record-breaking Raidurg land auction reflects growing investor confidence in Hyderabad’s long-term real estate and business prospects. The area has emerged as a major commercial destination because of its proximity to key locations such as Knowledge City, Gachibowli and Hyderabad’s IT hubs.
The plots are strategically located within the Raidurg IT and commercial corridor, with road connectivity, multi-use zoning and development potential. The properties are also positioned for immediate construction, with approvals available through the single-window system, according to officials.
The strong price discovery indicates continued demand from developers and investors seeking premium commercial and mixed-use land in Hyderabad.
The auctions were conducted through the MSTC e-Auction platform , with JLL serving as the exclusive transaction adviser. JLL supported the process through market positioning, investor engagement and competitive price discovery.
TGIIC Vice-Chairman and Managing Director K Shashanka said the auction outcome reflects strong investor confidence in Hyderabad and Telangana, as well as the continued attractiveness of Raidurg as a major business and investment destination.
The latest auction strengthens Hyderabad’s position as one of India’s leading real estate, IT and investment destinations , while providing a significant boost to the Telangana government’s strategic land monetisation programme.
The record price achieved in the latest TGIIC auction comes amid rising demand for premium land parcels in Hyderabad’s western IT corridor. Its proximity to Gachibowli, Knowledge City and major technology and business hubs has made Raidurg an increasingly sought-after location for commercial development.
The latest two auctions, both crossing ₹260 crore per acre , demonstrate the depth of investor appetite for strategically located land in the city.
