PSIEC Announces E-Auction of Industrial Plots in Ludhiana, Mohali, Kapurthala, Faridkot

CHANDIGARH: The Punjab Small Industries and Export Corporation (PSIEC) has announced the 21st phase of e-auction of industrial plots on leasehold basis across several industrial focal points in Punjab, offering fresh opportunities to entrepreneurs, MSMEs and industrial investors to set up manufacturing units and allied businesses in the state.

The online bidding process will begin at 10 am on February 5, 2026, and will close at 3 pm on February 25, 2026. The auction will be conducted through the official portal, psiec.enivida.com.

OFFICIAL NOTIFICATION:

According to PSIEC officials, the plots on offer are located in developed industrial estates and focal points in Faridkot, Ludhiana (Hi-Tech Valley and Tajpur Road), Kapurthala, Mohali (Phase VIIIA & B), Sri Muktsar Sahib, Nabha, Pathankot, Rajkot and Wazirabad. The available plot sizes range from 250 square yards to large industrial parcels measuring over 44 acres, aimed at accommodating both small and large industrial projects.

The reserve prices vary by location and plot size, with rates starting from around Rs 1,500 per square yard in Sri Muktsar Sahib and going up to over Rs 10,000 per square yard in select Ludhiana and Faridkot industrial areas. The earnest money deposit (EMD) ranges from a few lakhs for smaller plots to several crores for large industrial parcels.

PSIEC said all plots will be allotted on an “as is where is” basis. Bidders have been advised to go through the detailed terms and conditions available on the official PSIEC website. Any corrigendum related to the auction will be published only on the official portals.

The corporation has also clarified that bidders must ensure a stable internet connection during the auction process, as PSIEC will not be responsible for network-related issues. Corner plots will attract an additional 10% charge. GPS-enabled devices are mandatory for participation in the e-auction.

Interested bidders can access detailed information, plot layouts, reserve prices, eligibility conditions and EMD details at psiec.punjab.gov.in and complete the bidding process online through psiec.enivida.com.

  • Bidders must have a high-speed data network; PSIEC will not be responsible for connectivity issues.

  • Any corrigenda or auction extensions will be announced on both portals.

  • All plots are allotted strictly on an “AS IS WHERE IS” basis.

  • GPS-enabled devices are mandatory for participating in bidding.

  • NEFT/RTGS payments should be initiated at least 24 hours before auction close for smooth reconciliation.
