Punjab Small Industries and Export Corporation Ltd (PSIEC) has announced an e-auction of 55 industrial plots located across major industrial focal points in Punjab. The auction gives businesses and eligible industrial applicants an opportunity to bid for plots in locations including Abohar, Amritsar, Batala, Ludhiana, Mohali, Nabha, Pathankot and Wazirabad near Fatehgarh Sahib .

According to PSIEC officials, the plots on offer are located in developed industrial estates and focal points in Faridkot, Ludhiana (Hi-Tech Valley and Tajpur Road), Kapurthala, Mohali (Phase VIIIA & B), Sri Muktsar Sahib, Nabha, Pathankot, Rajkot and Wazirabad. The available plot sizes range from 250 square yards to large industrial parcels measuring over 44 acres, aimed at accommodating both small and large industrial projects.
The reserve prices vary by location and plot size, with rates starting from around Rs 1,500 per square yard in Sri Muktsar Sahib and going up to over Rs 10,000 per square yard in select Ludhiana and Faridkot industrial areas.
