PMRDA Announces E-Auction of 35 Plots
The Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) has invited applications for the e-auction of 35 plots across its jurisdiction. The lease period for these plots is 80 years, with allocation through an online bidding process.
The auction comprises 32 utility plots, 2 reserved educational plots, and 1 public utility plot designated for a library or music school. These are located in various villages of Haveli, Khed, Maval, and Mulshi talukas.
The list of technically qualified bidders will be published on August 21, 2025, and the e-auction will commence on August 22, 2025, at 11:00 AM. Interested bidders can access detailed terms and conditions on eauction.gov.in and pmrda.gov.in.

Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) is offering an exciting opportunity for potential homeowners by introducing an E-auction for exclusive row houses located in the prime Moshi area. These row houses, situated in sector number 6 Moshi Peth, specifically on plots 87 to 104, are available for lease for 80 years.
Deputy Collector Ramdas Jagtap has disclosed that the deadline for auction registration is set for December 27, 2023, and the list of eligible participants will be announced on January 09, 2024. The live e-auction is scheduled for January 10, 2024.

The site's online sizes vary from 225 to 3177.71 square meters, with beginning expenses starting from 32, 49,000 to 89, 62,000.
"All of those plots fall below unreserved instructions," stated Ramdas Jagtap, deputy collector of the PMRDA. "We did not get a great response from builders, in comparison to semi-metropolis areas adjoining to Pune Municipal enterprise (percent) and Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal business enterprise (PCMC), so we listed around 14 plots over again for e-public sale out of 28 plots."
Kesnand, Khed Shivapur, Loni Kalbhor, Hinjewadi, Maan, Bhugaon, Pirangut, Nande, Somatane, and Shirur have been the numerous villages mentioned through PMRDA.
