Good news for homebuyers in the Pune Metropolitan Region. The Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) has officially launched its PMRDA Housing Lottery 2025, offering 833 flats for applicants from the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Low Income Group (LIG) categories.

This large-scale housing lottery aims to help families fulfill their dream of owning a home in Pune. The entire process — from registration and application to payment — will be conducted completely online, ensuring transparency and convenience for applicants.

Locations and Flat Distribution

The housing units under this lottery are located in two major sectors:

Sector (Peth) No. 12

  • Total Flats: 340

  • EWS: 55

  • LIG: 285

Eligible EWS beneficiaries in this sector will receive a ₹2.50 lakh subsidy under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), making the homes more affordable.

Sector (Peth) No. 30–32

  • Total Flats: 493

  • EWS: 306

  • LIG: 187

PMRDA has released a detailed timeline for the online application process:

    December 15, 2025, at 11:00 AM

  • Online Application & Payment Starts:
    December 19, 2025, at 12:00 Noon

  • Last Date for Registration & Application:

    Extended to February 20th, 2026, till 5:00 PM

  • Online Payment Deadline:Extended to February 20th, 2026, till 5:00 PM

  • RTGS / NEFT Deposit Deadline:23 Feb 2026 14:59
