Pune, May 29, 2025 – In a major move to increase housing accessibility and commercial infrastructure, the Pune Housing and Area Development Board has initiated online applications for the e-auction of affordable flats and non-residential units across key districts in Western Maharashtra including Pune, Kolhapur, Solapur, Sangli, and Satara.
A total of 52 commercial units and 28 office spaces are being made available under the MHADA Act (Land Disposal) Rules, 1981 and Estate Management Regulations, 1981, through an e-auction process.

MHADA Pune has also introduced a first-come, first-served (FCFS) initiative for unsold flats under:

20% Inclusive Housing Scheme

Online registrations for these FCFS flats began on April 10, 2025, at 12:00 PM and will continue until the stock is exhausted. New unsold flats from developers will be continuously updated for eligible buyers.
Following the launch of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) 2.0 on November 17, 2024, MHADA Pune will soon roll out new affordable housing projects under the initiative. These homes will be offered to eligible beneficiaries through a centralized registration portal:
