The Konkan Board of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) is set to offer 5,285 flats and 77 residential plots across Vasai, Thane, Kulgaon, Badlapur, and Sindhudurg under a computerized lottery system scheduled to take place on September 3, 2025, at the Dr. Kashinath Ghanekar Auditorium in Thane.
The scheme’s official ‘Go-Live’ inauguration ceremony is set for August 1, 2025, with online registration and applications opening the same day at 1:00 PM through the official MHADA Konkan Board portal.
The flats and plots will be distributed under various housing schemes:
20% Inclusive Housing Scheme: 565 flats
15% Integrated Urban Housing Scheme: 3,002 flats
Konkan Board Housing Scheme & Scattered Flats: 1,677 flats
Konkan Board Affordable Housing (50% Affordable): 51 flats
Plots under Konkan Board Housing Scheme: 77 plots

Last Date for Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): August 14, 2025, by 11:59 PM
Draft List of Eligible Applicants: August 21, 2025, by 6:00 PM

MHADA assures citizens that the entire lottery process is fully computerized and transparent, with no human intervention. The authority has also emphasized that no agents, property dealers, or consultants have been appointed for this lottery and strongly advises the public not to engage with third parties or intermediaries.
